Cameron And Mckechnie Kings Of The Castle

Euan Cameron (Hamilton) and Paul McKechnie (Braid Hills) shared the honours in the Buchanan Castle Pro-Am.

The leading duo both posted four-under 66s and won by a stroke from host club pro Jason McCreadie, European Seniors Tour campaigner Martin Gray and former Scottish PGA champion Chris Kelly. Cameron and McKechnie both picked up a cheque for £995.

In the team event, McCreadie led the Drymen FC amateur trio of Paul Torrance, Martin Clark and John Tierney to victory with a 54.
