Each year a stable of enthusiastic and eager PGA pros staff the R&A Junior Golf Centre at the Open Championship where they give free lessons to more than 1,200 kids.
The Junior Golf Centre also features the Golf Foundation and their popular Tri-Golf initiative which is a great and easy way to begin playing golf.
Among the pros taking part in recent years is Keighley Golf Club's Duncan Moore.
"We get great feedback from the kids who really enjoy it and although 15 minutes isn't a lot of time you would be surprised how much they can benefit from it," he said.
Ardeer's Andrew Wylie, who has coached at five Opens, is always keen to take part.
"They're the future of the game and you always get something back from teaching kids," he said.
The Junior Golf Centre, runs from the Sunday before the Championship through to the final Sunday. The centre opening times are as follows:

12pm to 3pm (lessons from 12)
Monday - Saturday
9am to 6pm (lessons from 10am)
Sunday (final)
