Help

The information on this page may help you if you are experiencing problems logging into the PGA members' area, please read the following before attempting to contact membership support.

  1. Who can Register for access to the Members' Area?
In order to successfully register you will need to be a member of the PGA with an active membership number and a working email account. The PGA Members' area is not open to the general public. If you have not registered for access to the members' area since June 2006 please go here to register.
  2. I'm a PGA Member, how do I access the PGA Members' Area?
PGA members are required to register for an authorised members' account before they can log into the members' area. You can register for an account here if you have not done so already. When you first register for a members' account you will be asked to provide your PGA membership information, a password and valid email address for your log in details, please keep a safe record of this information to minimise any future log in issues.
  3. I'm already registered but can't log in
Members who registered prior to June 2006 will need to re-register for an upgraded account before they can log into the members' area. If you registered after this date and can't log in please read on.
  4. I've forgotten my Password
Should you forget your password you can request a new one by email by going to this page. If you do not receive your new password in your email, please check that it has not been redirected to your 'Spam Mail' folder. Also make sure when filling in the forgotten password form that you enter the email address that is currently associated with your membership account and that this email address is still valid and accessible.
  5. I've forgotten my log in Username
Your account username is the email address you entered when you first registered with this site. If you have forgotten this address or have changed it since registration please email PGA Membership Support with an instruction to update your details with your new email address. When contacting support you must always supply your PGA Membership number and full name for all enquiries.
  6. My Email address has changed since I registered
Please email PGA Membership Support with an instruction to update your account details with your new email address. When contacting support you must always supply your PGA Membership number and full name for all enquiries.
  7. I want to change my password
You can change your password at anytime by logging into the PGA Members' Area and clicking on the Your 'Account' link on sub menu bar.
  8. I requested a New Password or signed up for Registration and didn't receive the neccessary follow up email
If you do not receive your registration or new password email within 24hrs (usually within minutes) of submission please check that it has not been redirected to your 'Spam Mail' folder. Make sure that the email address you registered with is valid and that you have full access to it. Hotmail users may experience this more than owners of other types of accounts due to highly sensitive spam blocking techniques. If you are a Hotmail user and did not receive your email after checking your Spam folder please contact PGA Membership Support to have the details given to you manually.
  9. I'm pretty sure I'm Registered and that my Log In details are up to date and correct but I still can't log in
Passwords are case sensitive when being entered and should not contain any spaces. If you keep getting an incorrect password message when logging in, check your CAPS lock key isn't in the ON state. Try typing your password into a word processor or any writing program first to make sure it looks correct and then copy and paste it into the password form field. Make sure that the email address you enter is the address you first registered with. If you have changed your email address since then you should contact PGA Membership Support to have this information updated for your account or enter your old address in the log in form. Email addresses are not case sensitive when entered into the form. If all else fails please contact support specifying your problem and supplying your full PGA membership and log in details.
