Your Graduation checklist
Once you’ve confirmed your attendance, ordered your blazer and selected your required number of guest tickets, there are a few other steps to double check:
- Prepare your attire
Graduands are asked to wear a white shirt/blouse with grey or navy trousers, skirt or dress. The PGA will provide you with a PGA Member’s tie/scarf that will be sent to you along with your tickets. This should be worn with your PGA Members’ Blazer, which will be available for collection on the day once you have signed in at the registration desk.
Matching items are available to purchase directly from our supplier Garmentec, should you wish. Please contact: james@garmentec.co.uk

All UK-based Graduands will receive printed tickets, posted to your preferred address two weeks prior to the Ceremony.
International Graduands will be emailed PDF tickets, with physical tickets available to collect on the day from the Registration Desk. - Dietary requirements
If you or your guests have any specific dietary requirements or allergies, please ensure you notify us of these on the RSVP form, or contact PGAGraduation@pga.org.uk or Colette Fulleylove on 01675 470 333. - Accessibility

If you have any friends or family that are unable to attend the ceremony, The PGA will be live streaming the event on YouTube. Look out for the link closer to the event which will be shared on the homepage of our website and our social media channels. - Order photographs
Following the event, photographs taken by the official Graduate Photographer will be available to purchase directly from the photographer’s website. The QR will be provided along with your tickets and will also be available at the Graduation Ceremony.
