Housed within the members area, the Resource Library is supported by the Business Relationship Officer (BRO) team and contains hundreds of useful documents and templates.

The BRO team also offer a support line that provides advice and guidance on a range of areas within golf club management. Having supported hundreds of facilities and thousands of industry professionals throughout the UK and Ireland, the Business Relationship Officers are extremely knowledgeable themselves but also work in conjunction with other colleagues and advisors, tapping into the wider assets of The PGA. Specific but not exclusive support provided by the team is - unparalleled insight around the relationship between golf facilities and PGA Professionals, the varied operating models that exist and the successful recruitment and retention of PGA Professionals.
