How to benefit from tax-free aid from the solidarity fund financed by the State and the regions?
The State and the Regions have set up a solidarity fund to help the small businesses most affected by the crisis. Inter-municipal authorities and large companies can help finance the fund. Insurance companies have already announced a contribution of 200 million euros .
Who is affected by this solidarity fund financed by the State and the Regions?
This aid, which can range up to € 1,500, is affected by very small businesses, freelancers, micro-entrepreneurs and liberal professions who have 10 employees at most, who make less than 1 million euros in turnover as well as annual taxable profit of less than 60,000 euros which:
For the most difficult situations (inability to settle receivables due within 30 days and refusal of cash loan) , additional support of € 2,000 may be granted to companies that have at least one employee to avoid bankruptcy on a case-by-case basis .
The examination of the files will associate the services of the Regions and the State at the regional level.
How can you benefit from this help ?
From Tuesday 31 March , all eligible companies which have been subject to administrative closure or which have suffered a loss of turnover of more than 70% in March 2020 compared to March 2019 will be able to make a simple declaration on the taxes website - impots.gouv.fr - to receive assistance of up to € 1,500. This amount will be tax exempt.
From Friday April 3 , all eligible companies having suffered a loss of turnover of more than 50% in March 2020 compared to March 2019 will also be able to make a simple declaration on the tax site - impots.gouv.fr - to receive tax-free aid up to € 1,500.
From Wednesday 15 April , the companies experiencing the most difficulties may request, on a case-by-case basis from the regions, additional aid of € 2,000.
