The 149th Open Championship will be going ahead at Royal St George's from 11-18th July, 2021, however in light of government restrictions it is likely that spectator numbers will be reduced.
A daily allocation of tickets has been reserved by The R&A for PGA Members. The number of available tickets per day is limited and will therefore be allocated by application only on a first come, first served basis.
PGA Members will be required to pay for their tickets in advance at the time of application. Your attendance at the event will be logged and the details sent to The PGA.
Once your attendance has been verified the cost of the tickets will be refunded to you following the event. If you do not attend no refund will be issued, it is therefore imperative that you only submit an application if you have every intention to attend.
As in previous years you will only be able to purchase one ticket per day for use by yourself, tickets are not transferable and you will not be able to make changes to days you are attending once payment has been processed.
Do not attempt to purchase tickets for other Members or Assistants, all tickets must be purchased directly by the individual attending the event.
Any Member who purchases tickets must have access to a Smartphone on which they can download the app on which tickets can be viewed. The app will need to be presented on entry to the event with your PGA Membership card, as there will be no paper tickets issued. Further details regarding this will be sent to successful applicants nearer the time of the event.
The ability to apply for and purchase tickets will remain open until Monday 7th June 2021 or until our daily allocation has sold out.
