We hope you are enjoying your first experiences of PGA Learn and are finding the platform easy to use. Below are some answers to the three most common questions we’ve been asked so far...
Why isn’t content I have looked at and completed on PGA Learn contributing towards my CPD hours?
If you complete a content item on PGA Learn that has learning hours attributed to it, it should automatically add to your most current CPD Journal as a ‘pending’ item. For it then to count towards meeting the minimum number of learning hours, you must visit that entry within your CPD Journal and complete the remaining fields.
When completing an entry, all elements within the form that have an asterisk (*) marked against them must be completed for the entry to be marked as complete, otherwise, they will show as ‘pending’ and will not count towards meeting the minimum number of learning hours.

What will happen if I do not submit my 2019-20 CPD Journal for review?
Although items will always show on your My CPD record, you must submit the journal for it to be marked as complete. Accredited status can only be gained or maintained once the journal is in a ‘completed’ state.
Please note, your CPD journal will not automatically submit once the submission deadline has passed, even if you have achieved the minimum hours and standards. If you would like to gain Accredited status based on your 2019-20 CPD activity, you must submit your 2019-20 journal for review by 31st January 2021.

I’m currently Accredited as I previously held AA status. Will I lose Accredited status if I do not submit my 2019-20 CPD journal via PGA Learn?
If you are currently Accredited by virtue of previously holding AA status on 31st October 2020, you will not lose your Accredited status if you do not submit a 2019-20 CPD journal. You must, however, submit a 2020-21 CPD journal by 31st October 2021 if you wish to start the 2021-22 CPD year with Accredited status.
