BB&O hit top form as they secured a place in the PGA England & Wales Inter-County Championship final with a fine three-shot win in the regional qualifier at The Drift.
Guy Woodman and Paul Simpson’s rounds of 71 ensured that their county finished with a four-under-par total of 142, safely clear of nearest challengers Sussex.
The format saw the two best scores from each three-man team count towards the final total.
And with the pressure off, Woodman and Simpson flourished towards the end of their rounds shooting a combined eagle at the 18th.
The duo will be joined by teammate Scott Marshall in the £10,000 grand final at the Belfry where they will face off against four other finalists over the PGA National Course on October 13-14.
The event, which is currently in its third year, was won by Yorkshire 12 months ago.
