PGA in England and Wales (North) PGA Professionals were upstaged for the second week running by players from other regions during two successive pro-ams in Portugal.
And it was Russell Berry, attached to Hereford-based company Golf Europe, who repeated his victory in the IDS Overseas Pro-Am by claiming the Glenmuir spoils as well.
He signed off with a nine-under-par total over four rounds at Oceanico, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago's South and Laranjal courses.
And he also consigned Richard O'Hanlon, head pro at Cornwall club St Kew, to second place again.
Cumbria-based Gary Wolstenholme was third, six off the pace, with Penwortham's Declan Dixon fourth at 12-over-par.
