Butler bulldozes his way to win

Mark Butler took the individual professional prize at Sandwell Park GC during the final winter alliance event of the season.

Butler scored 39 points (-3) to take the win ahead of a three-way tie for second place. Brian Rimmer (Little Aston GC) Danny Taylor (The Robert Rock Golf Academy) and Daniel Whitby-Smith (Whittington Heath GC) all scored a level-par 36 points.

The team prize saw Daniel Whitby-Smith and his team take first prize with a score of 84 (-12). Greg Rogula and his Leek GC team took second place with 82 points (-10).

Third place was shared on 81 points by Phil Cary (Lakeside) and Ollie Clews (Shifnal GC)
