Chris Cutchie (Colchester)shot a six-under par 66 to beat Craig Housden by a shot in the Three Rivers Pro-Am.
Cutchie made an eagle and four birdies in a flawless round to secure his first victory of the season.
Starting at the 10th, he was four-under after just seven holes – including three straight birdies from 14.
It was then a series of pars from Cutchie apart from the highlight of his round, an eagle at the par-5 third hole.
Housden also had an eagle – holing out on the par-4 first, his 10th – but was just unable to rein in Cutchie.
Glen Portelli (Old Fold Manor) continued his fine season by claiming a share of third spot alongside James Ruebotham (Welwyn Garden City) after both men shot four-under 68s. Ruebotham led the winning team on a tally of 124.
