David Corsby produced a near perfect set of figures to win the James Brearley Lancashire Open at Blackpool North Shore.
The Fleetwood assistant professional powered into a first round lead with seven-under-par 64, which featured half-a-dozen birdies and an eagle at the 15th.
He then kept his nose in front with a flawless second round of 66, containing five birdies, for a minus 12 aggregate.
A shot back were Chilli Dip hot-shot Craig Corrigan, thanks to a final round of 63, Hart Common's Steve Parry, and recent Manchester Open winner Grant Hamerton, from Pike Fold.
Meanwhile, Corrigan leads the Mike Slater Memorial Order of Merit with one event left, the PGA North Tour Championship at Heron's Reach, Blackpool, on October 7-8.
