Fleming and Simpson tie Oxford Pro-Am

The first Berkshire, Bucks & Oxon pro-am of the new season ended with Tom Fleming and Joe Simpson tied for first place in the individual event at the Oxford Golf Club.

Fleming and Simpson, who was playing in his first ever pro-am competition, both scored 2-under-par to claim the winner's prize. They were closely followed by Dan Scourfield, Adam Wootton, Chris Rodgers and Robbie Nicholson who were all one shot back.

In the team event, Robbie Nicholson, Gary Goymer, Nick Mason and Andy Davies pipped Adam Wootton and his team on countback with a score of 12-under-par.

The BB&O season next visits Frilford Heath on May 27.
