Fox scores fifth win at Archerfield Links

Graham Fox notched his fifth win of the Tartan Tour season with a five-under par 67 in the BEN Pro-Am at Archerfield Links on Wednesday.
The Clydeway Golf player boosted his 2017 earnings to £12,379.55 by claiming the £900 first prize following a round that included an eagle at the first hole.
He went on to birdie the fourth, fifth, eighth and 13th, while dropping one shot at the 17th.
Fox won by one stroke from Paul O'Hara (North Lanark Leisure) whose 68 earned him £700.
Norman Huguet (Musselburgh) had an individual score of 79 but he nevertheless managed to lead the McLaren Packaging trio of David McLean (handicap 6), James Crilly (13) and Martin Meldrum (9) to victory in the pro-am team event with a net score of 16-under-par 56.
