On Thursday 7th November 2019, The PGA pulled together five great golf industry minds to discuss key facets of a successful working relationship between General Managers and PGA Staff. This is a largely undiscussed topic within the industry, so this webinar offered some good insight and debate.

Within the webinar, the panel discussed what they believe current state of golfing facilities are and how they think the market will move next year. They also discussed what skills and attributes they look for and see in their best performing PGA staff members; how to get a job application and advert right; how to nail an interview and how to make the most from your role.
