Graham Fox (Clydeway Golf) and Greig Hutcheon (Paul Lawrie Golf Centre), two of the Tartan Tour's front-liners, tied on five-under-par 65 for first place in the Clyde Scaffolding Hayston Golf Club pro-am.
Both earned £1,173 for heading a field of 44 pros, 15 of whom bettered the par of 70. It was a third pro-am win of the season for both.
Fox had seven birdies – at the second, third, fourth, fifth, 12th, 15th and 16th - offset by bogeys at the sixth and 14th in halves of 33 and 32.
Hutch saddled himself with a double bogey seven at the long second but then covered the remaining holes in seven-under-par, thanks to an eagle three at the long 16th and birdies at the third, fifth, ninth, 12th and 17th in halves of 35-30.
Craig Haugh (Cawder) led the Porcelain Plus 4 amateur trio of Mike McGirr (handicap 7), Jack McGirr 97) and Peter McGlynn (15) to victory in the team event with a 20-under-par net total of 120.
