Gray beats Herald to win knock-out singles

Hayston's Stephen Gray beat Scott Herald (Mearns Castle Golf Academy) by 7 and 5 in the final of the PGA in Scotland Knock-out Singles tournament.
The match was played at a neutral venue, Lanark Golf Club, with Gray winning £445 for his victory.
The final of the PGA in Scotland four-ball matchplay, sponsored by Golfstream, will be played at Dundonald Links on November 20, featuring Jason McCreadie (Buchanan Castle) and Paul Robinson (Largs) against Cawder's Paul Wilson and Michael Patterson (Kilmacolm).
