Lee Curling, the head professional at Grim's Dyke, returned a win on home soil thanks to a four-under-par 65.
Curling, who has been associated with the Middlesex club since 1985, won the Grim's Dyke Pro-Am by a shot from Stuart Brown (Thorpe Wood).
Curling played the front nine in three-under-par, including an eagle at the par-five eighth hole.
He dropped a stroke at the 11th but was soon back on the front foot with birdies at the 13th and 15th.
Daniel Field (East Herts) and Ed Morton (EM Golf Studio) were tied in third after shooting one-under-par rounds of 68.
