With golf’s popularity continuing to rise, we’re here to help you maximise your social media exposure and reach new audiences. By supporting the PGA Play channels on TikTok and Instagram and submitting tuition-focused content, you can showcase your expertise and attract more consumers directly through the PGA Play website.
How to get involved
To participate, you’ll need an active online profile linked to your PGA Play website profile. If you’re interested but don’t yet have a PGA Play profile, click here for all the information you need to get set up.
What do we need?
We’re looking for tuition-based video content to feature on the @PGAPlay Instagram account and the @The_PGA TikTok channel. To ensure your content meets platform requirements, please follow these guidelines:
- Video Format: Ensure your video is filmed vertically and is between 45 seconds to 1 minute in length.
- Introduction: Begin each video with an introduction like:
“Hi, I’m [Your Name], and in this PGA Play tip, I’ll be showing you how to...”
- Closing Statement: Conclude with:
“To find out more about connecting with your local PGA Professional via PGA Play, visit www.pgaplay.co.uk.”
- Content: Share your “top tips” – subjects you’re confident and comfortable discussing on camera. You could also repurpose tips you’ve previously shared on your own channels.
- Submission: Email your videos to Patrick at our content and social media agency, GMS, via patrick@gmsagency.co.uk using WeTransfer or a similar service.
Alternatively, you can post the content directly on your Instagram account and tag @PGA_Play as a collaborator. This allows us to feature your videos while keeping connected with as many PGA Professionals as possible.

- Website Growth: Our website audience continues to grow, with almost 150,000 total users across 2024. Notably, PGA Members received over 12,000 enquiries during this period, directing a significant number of potential, beginner, and experienced golfers to coaches across Great Britain and Ireland.
- Visibility: Our most popular video collaboration, featuring Katie Rule, received over 170,000 views.
