Higgins in top gear after win

David Higgins was all revved up after his recent victory in the Titleist & FootJoy PGA Professional Championship at The Oxfordshire.

In addition to the £10,000 first prize and qualification for the end-of-season PGA Play Offs, Higgins also got the keys to a Peugeot 308 GT HDi 120 in Pearl White.

In his victory acceptance speech the Waterville Links pro thanked all the sponsors, including Sam Meacock, Peugeot's business sales centre manager, for their on-going support of the flagship PGA event.

Whether Higgins gets the chance to drive the superb Peugeot is a moot point however, as he hinted that his wife would be more than happy to get behind the steering wheel herself.
