Greig Hutcheon chalked up his 12th win of the Tartan Tour season with a five-under-par round of 65 at the Turriff pro-am.
Hutcheon has had a remarkable run of three wins in a row, Elgin, Drumpellier and now Turriff, and seven successes in his last 10 competitions.
The Paul Lawrie Golf Centre pro seems to be unbeatable in his native north-east, as he proved again here with birdies at the second, third, fifth, sixth and eighth in a dazzling 31 to the turn.
A sixth birdie at the 12th was his last of the day and after a string of pars he missed a short putt to bogey the 18th.
Mark Kerr (Marriott Dalmahoy) and Chris Kelly (unattached) were joint runners-up on 67.
Hutcheon also led the Celebration of Turriff 2 team of Barrie Evans (handicap 18), Glen Jaex (8) and Malcolm McAulsin (16) to victory with a nett total of 14-under-par 126 in the pro-am team event.
