Greig Hutcheon has lost his three-year grip on the Tartan Tour Order of Merit title to Chris Kelly but the Paul Lawrie Golf Centre player still has an excellent chance of maintaining his monopoly of the leading money-winners' title.

Hutcheon shot a five-under-par 67 at Downfield Golf Club, Dundee to  win the top pro prize of £850 in the RRS Discovery pro-am by a shot from Stephen Gray, Scott Henderson and Jason McCreadie.

Hutcheon also earned £1000 from a top-five finish in the pro-am team event.

That puts Hutcheon up to the £29,256 mark in the No 1 position, ahead of Graham Fox (£28,150), Chis Kelly (£23,477) and Gareth Wright (£18,580).

It was Hutcheon's 10th Tartan Tour win of 2015 and he did it with a bogey-free card highlighted with five birdies - the seventh, eighth, 13th, 14th and 17th.

Kelly, winner of the Order of Merit although there is still one event to go but his nearest challenger Gareth Wright will be absent on PGA Cup duty in USA, piloted the G S Group team of Nick Barr (+2), Stuart Graham (+2) and Ross Graham (9) to victory in the pro-am team contest with a net better-ball total of 13-under-par 131.
