Chris Kelly won the £1,028 first prize in the Douglas Park pro-am with a one-under-par 67, despite bogeying the 16th and 17th.
The Cawder professional shot early birdies at the first, long 10th, long 13th and 14th, which were offset only by a bogey at the eighth and stood him in good stead as he scrambled home to a one-shot victory.
But he put himself under pressure with a sloppy end to the round, as the four players who tied for second place on 69 all had better finishes.
Greig McBain (Gamola Golf) had an eagle two at the 16th and a birdie at the 18th, marred by a bogey at 17.
Scott Henderson (Kings Links) birdied the 18th, Graham Fox (Clydeway Golf) birdied the 17th while James McKinnon (Irvine), who completed the quartet on 69, birdied both the 17th and 18th.
