David Shacklady hit top form to help fire Lancashire to the PGA England & Wales Inter-County Championship final at The Belfry next month.
The Mossock Hall ace carded a five-under-par 65 at the Bolton qualifier while team-mates Simon Lucas and Barry Taylor had rounds of 72 and 73 to set up a three stroke victory over nearest rivals Yorkshire.
The format saw the two best scores from each three-man team count towards the final total with Shacklady starring with six birdies in his round.
Lancashire will compete in the £10,000 grand final at The Belfry where they will face off against four other finalists over the PGA National Course on October 13-14.
The event, which is currently in its third year, was won by Yorkshire 12 months ago.
