Lincolnshire PGA professionals had a solid victory against the county's first team (Lincolnshire Union of Golf Clubs) in the annual match that took place this year over the magnificently presented Belton Park course.
The successful pairs in the morning foursomes were Paul Streeter (Lincoln Golf Centre) and Adam Keogh (Spalding) together with Nigel Pearce (Sleaford pro pictured above) and host professional Simon Williams enabling a 2-2 result to take into the afternoon singles.
The singles saw success in six of the eight games with the successful six being Paul Streeter, Adam Keogh, David McNicholas (Normanby Hall), Scott Emery (Woodhall Spa), Daniel Greenwood (Forest Pines) and team captain, Nigel Pearce to leave the overall score of 8-4.
Steve Bratten captained the amateurs and the teams celebrated with a formal dinner following play.
