Mann and Wardell win at Montrose

Carnoustie's Fraser Mann and Paul Wardell (Whitekirk) dovetailed very well in winning the last of the PGA in Scotland's Winter Series better-ball competitions at Montrose Links.

The duo took first prize with a 10-under-par score of 61, achieved by birdieing the second, sixth, seventh, eighth, 10^th, 11^th, 13^th, 15^th and 18^th in better-ball halves of 32 and 29.

Runners-up on 63 were the Paul Lawrie Golf Centre pairing of Greig Hutcheon and Craig Dempster.
