Ireland’s Damien McGrane and Colm Moriarty have been allocated places in the 2020 Dubai Duty Free Irish Open.
McGrane has earned his place by virtue of winning the 2019 Irish PGA Championship and Moriarty as a result of finishing runner up in the 2019 PGA Play-Offs.
The qualifier for the tournament has been cancelled because of the coronavirus pandemic and the event itself, which was due to be staged at Mount Juliet Golf Club, Co Kilkenny, in May, was postponed for the same reason. A new date has yet to be determined.
