Damien McGrane fired a five-under-par round of 66 to claim his 11th victory of the season at the Rossmore Centenary Pro-Am sponsored by Rally School Ireland.
The Kells man produced a bogey-free masterclass around the Co. Monaghan venue to finish two shots ahead of Eamonn Brady (Clontarf).
The 45-year-old birdied the first and second and then rattled off seven pars to reach the turn in two-under 34. He followed up with three birdies on the back nine for a three-under-par score of 32.
Brady, the 2015 Order of Merit winner, has just the one win this season but showed some of last year's form in compiling a round that included four birdies, one bogey and 13 pars.
Andy Hogan (Edmondstown) finished third on two under par, one shot ahead of Brian Kerley (Ardee), Michael McDermott (Pure Golf Leopardstown), Neil O'Briain (Old Conna) and Glen Robinson.
Robinson and his amateur trio of Cian McGonnel, Tiarnan McGonnel and James Owens claimed the team prize with 94 points edging out Keith Shannon by a point.
