The leading duo both finished on 11-under aggregates after two days of keen competition and both walked away with a £1890 for their efforts.
Mclean had illuminated the opening day with a thrilling nine-under 61 which set a new Dumfries & Galloway course record.
It was a blistering start for the Hayston pro who birdied his closing six holes as he romped into a three-shot lead.
O’Hara, who won the Stirling Order of Merit shoot-out earlier in the season, had been lurking been behind Maclean and the reigning Tartan Tour No 1 made his move on the final day.
As Maclean signed off with a two-under 68, O’Hara drew level and his 65 featured five birdies which all arrived in his first seven holes before he parred in.
Ross Munro finished in third place on 10-under with Tom Higson taking fourth on eight-under.
The focus of the Arnold Clark Tartan Tour now turns to the Loch Lomond Whiskies Scottish PGA Championship, which is being held at Dalmahoy for the first time since 1996.
