Top seed Paul O'Hara never had to play the last four holes in scoring an impressive victory in the Greenburn assistants' match-play tournament at the West Lothian club.
The Clydeway Golf player, who was beaten finalist three times in the Scottish amateur championship (2004-2006-2009), was approximately 12-under-par for the final day in which he beaten number seven seed Ross Jack (Dumfries and Galloway) by 5 and 4, having beaten the number four seed, Louis Gaughan (Bathgate) 7 and 5 in the morning semi-finals.
Jack was three-under-par after 10 holes of the final but still three down at that stage to O'Hara who was two up after five holes.
The third-place play-off was won by Gaughan who beat Poyser 7 and 6.
