Paul O’Hara continues to hold the Arnold Clark Tartan Tour’s Order of Merit in a double nelson after notching another victory in the latest 18-hole Sprint event at Dumfries & County.
The 34-year-old, who has swept up a host of honours during the 2021 campaign, posted a four-under 65 to finish one shot clear of Aberdeen veteran Scott Henderson and stick a cheque for £500 into his back pocket.
During a tidy round, O’Hara made a decisive move with back-to-birdies at the 14th and 15th as he finished at the top of the pile in an Order of Merit event for the seventh time this season.
Henderson, the former European Tour rookie of the year, hit a 66 with James McGhee and Stephen Gray, who shared the honours in the last Sprint event at Crow Wood, finishing in a tie for third on 67.
