Oliver Smith crossed the Pennines to claim first place in the 10th and penultimate event in the inaugural PGA North Members' Tour at Renishaw Park.
The Ashton on Mersey attached professional posted a two-under-par 69 featuring five birdies and a trio of bogeys at the well-appointed Sheffield club.
Host club player Michael Ramsden claimed second place, a shot off the pace, as Wakefield's David Mansell finished a third on 71.
The final fixture is at York club Fulford on October 22.
