Andrew Pestell claimed an eagle and six birdies on his way to victory in The PGA in Essex better ball event at Frinton Golf Club.
The Chelmsford pro won the individual professional prize with 39 Stableford points, before also winning the better ball prize with amateur Matt Stenning with eight-under-par 44 points.
Pestell beat Jason Levermore of Channels Golf Club, with whom he won the Golfbreaks.com PGA Fourball Championship at Forest Pines last October, into second place by two points.
Third place was shared by five players who all signed for 33 Stableford points. They were Mark Bishop (Toot Hill), Mark Stokes (Rayleigh Golf Range), Chris Goddard (Romford), John Fryatt (Thorpe Hall) and Paul Grotier (The Essex Golf and Country Club).
Levermore and Barney Cameron were second in the better ball with 39 points beating Scott Rusbridge (Frinton) and Darren Wells on count back.
