Glen Portelli (Old Fold Manor) birdied two of his last three holes to land the Brookmans Park Pro-Am.
Portelli made a fast start, teeing off at the 10th and surging to three-under-par within seven holes.
The Hertfordshire professional traded shots with the course around the turn, before making gains at his 16th and 17th holes.
Portelli secured a par at his last and that was enough to finish on a five-under-par tally of 66 – two clear of the runner James Ruebotham (Welwyn Garden City).
James Watts (Kingsway Golf Centre) was among a trio of golfers locked at two-under-par.
It was another strong performance from Watts, who earlier in the week had tied at the top with Sam Cutting in the Berkhamsted Pro-Am.
Watts and Cutting shot respective three-under-par rounds of 68 to share victory. Mark Wharton was third after signing for a 70.
