This Customer Service 'Essentials' Course from Promote Training is ideal for Club Professionals, Assistant Professionals - in fact, any PGA Professional - who is face-to-face with customers or who manage customer service in any golf facility environment. Written by Matthew Orwin. 

Taking approximately one hour to complete, delegates start by examining the reasons why customer service is so important and the key skills and qualities needed to offer consistently good service.

It then continues to look at three ways in which employees can build great rapport with their customers through how they present themselves, effective body language and active listening skills

The final module of the course covers the often-difficult skill of handling complaints effectively.

PGA members can undertake the course on an individual basis or purchase multiple licenses for their own teams to participate in the training, with discounts of up to 25%. Representing great value with prices from just £14.50 per person for this qualification.
