Sadler stars at St Enodoc

High-flying Richard Sadler celebrated his recent promotion by winning the Cornwall Professional Golfers’ Alliance meeting at St Enodoc.
Sadler, the newly-named golf manager at Killiow Golf Club, shot three-over-par 72 to finish on 39 points and win by one shot from Newquay assistant Josh Hancock.
The scoring was high and Richard O'Hanlon (St Kew) was third on 31 followed by Grant Slater (Trevose) with 30 and Dan Wood (Ivy Leaf) on 29.
Trethorne’s Simon Schofield and Andrew Froude won the pairs from Dan Wood and Dale Howarth.
