Shacklady in form at Formby

Serial winner David Shacklady reeled off five birdies on his way to a four-under-par 68 in the second of six PGA North Mansell Finishes Winter Series at Formby.

The Lancastrian, who represents Mossock Hall, erred only once with a bogey and covered the last eight holes without a blemish as he finished a shot ahead of the unattached Tim Dykes and Matthew Tottey, from North Wales Golf Club.
