Kenny Fahey edged out Michael McDermott (Pure Golf Leopardstown) and Brendan McCarroll (Narin and Portnoo) to win the Luttrellstown Pro-Am.
The GUINationalAcademy pro posted a four under par 68 to win by one shot at the Dublin venue.
By his own admission Fahey has endured a 'tough' season but he played solidly at Luttrellstown, collecting five birdies and dropping just one shot - at the 16th - on his way to victory.
"I was pleased to birdie the 18th after dropping that shot at the 16th," said Fahey.
"It was important to steady the round. It's not the easiest course in the world and it was blustery as well."
Damien McGrane and his amateur partners, Tom Muldoon, Dermot Dunne and Kieron Grant won the team event with a superb score of 97 points.
