Stanton shines at Datchet

David Stanton, The Lambourne Club, shot an impress five-under-par 65 on route to winning the Datchet Individual.
Stanton was one of only two competitors to break par on route to victory with Van Phillips continuing his fine form to score a one-under-par 69. Phillips' runner-up finish helped him maintain his lead at the top of the BB&O Order of Merit.
James Foster (71), Jake Baldwin (72) and Craig Ainsley (73) rounded out the top five positions.
The BB&O now begins its Pro-Am season at Drayton Park on 27th April with events at Oxford GC on 5th May and Frilford Heath on 21st May.
