Lincoln Golf Centre ace Paul Streeter hung on to clinch the Lincolnshire Open title held at Lincoln Golf Club.
Winner of the last two county pro-ams and the PGA in England (Midlands) money list leader for this season, Streeter naturally started as the big favourite and lived up to the tag with a stunning first round 66 at the Torksey track.
A second round 70 followed but Streeter ended up looking nervously over his shoulder as Adam Keogh embarked on a thrilling final round charge.
The Spalding based assistant pro performed modestly in the morning with a 72 and looked out of contention until his round two birdie blitz that saw him fire a best of the day 65, finishing just a shot behind Streeter.
Michael Pressick (Toft Hotel) finished third on 138 and in doing so won the leading amateur award. The day was also memorable for retiring Lincolnshire PGA secretary David Drake, present for his final event after achieving so much for the county in his 15 years at the helm.
