Three-way tie at Fairmont St Andrews

Blairgowrie amateur Tom Levy tied with professionals Steve Craig and former PGA Cup player Craig Matheson (Falkirk Tryst) for first scratch prize with three-under-par 69s in this week's Midland Golfers' Alliance competition - the Grant's Promotions pro-am - at Fairmont St Andrews Hotel's Torrance course.

Lundin pro Ron Walker and amateurs Bob Tait (Leven Thistle) (5), Ken Fraser (Leven Thistle) (8) and George Hume (Lundin) (8) won the team prize with a net score of 127.
