In the team event which comprised an impressive 41 teams, the winning team was from the newly named Brentwood Golf Club led by PGA pro Michael Jones with amateurs Nick Hart, Clive Bastoe and Andy Carpenter.
A score of 86 stableford points was enough to win on a countback from the local team led by Chris Cutchie from Colchester Golf Club.
