Neil Colquhoun and Gordon Law, above, tied with Kingsknowe three-handicap amateur Alan MacKay over the Gullane No 3 course.
The trio hit a one-under-par round of 67, earning the pros £80 each and MacKay a voucher to the same value.
On a highly competitive day, joint fourth was shared by eight players - five professionals James Dick (Duddingston), Neil Henderson (Renaissance Club), Mark Kerr (Dalmahoy), Daniel Wood (The Hirsel) and Zack Saltman (Archerfield) plus three amateurs Colin Fraser (Peebles), Richard Johnston (Glenbervie) and Martin Rennie (Uphall).
The pros earned £10 each, while the amateurs picked up £10 vouchers.
Lloyd Saltman (Archerfield Links), with a 69, and Andrew Oldcorn (Kings Acre), with a 70, were two high-profile names who finished just outside the prize money.
There was a triple tie on 64 for the John Glen Trophy, awarded for the best net score.
Ross Munro (Duddingston) won the Trainee Prize with a gross 70.
