James Webber notched his fifth PGA victory of 2015 thanks to a stunning scoring spree in the Swaffham Pro-Am.
The assistant from Three Rivers had just come off a bogey and a double bogey before he launched his birdie blitz from the ninth. He was two-over and not looking like threatening the leaderboard.
But Webber turned his day on its head by picking up a stroke at seven of the next eight holes to blaze his way to a five-under-par 66.
That was good enough to beat Jason Levermore (Channels) by a shot and followed a tied victory at Ely City a week earlier. Webber also has an Order of Merit event victory to his name in what has been a superb first full season competing on the East Region.
Webber and Levermore pulled clear of the rest with Andrew George (Ely City) on his own in third after a 70.
