James Weight (King’s Lynn) birdied the final hole to force a tie at the top with Ryan Pudney in the King’s Lynn Pro-Am.
Both of the Norfolk-based professionals fired respective one-under-par rounds of 71 to share the spoils, a stroke clear of Oli Fullerton (Girton).
The home professional Weight was one-over-par after 12 holes but picked up a shot at the 13th to edge into contention.
He remained at level par right to the closing par-4 18th, a challenging right to left dogleg. But local knowledge came to the fore as Weight found a three that meant a tie at the top.
Pudney had earlier made five at the same hole but he’d have surely taken a joint-victory after a double bogey at his opening hole.
James Mynott (St Ives) led the winning team on an 11-under tally of 133.
