Zero Tolerance Policy

Zero Tolerance Policy

18/01/2024

It is customary that companies put policies in place to protect their workforce to ensure that their environment is safe and respectful.

You will be aware that PGA Members sign up to comply with the PGA regulations and part of these regulations relates to a code of ethics which defines acceptable levels of behaviour.

The PGA has a responsibility to protect its work force beyond dealings with Members and Trainees and include dealings with members of the public.

To this end, The PGA has written a Zero Tolerance Policy which highlights the types of behaviours that will not be tolerated.

This correspondence has not been designed to deal with a specific issue but merely to draw your attention to a new policy which will be referred to as and when required.
