The Open Championship 2025 tickets - Terms and Conditions

PGA Members will only be able to purchase one ticket per day for use by yourself. Ticket numbers are limited and will therefore be issued on a first come, first served basis.

Tickets are not transferable, and you will be required to present your PGA Membership card upon entry to the event on each of the days that you are in attendance.

Do not attempt to purchase tickets for other Members or Assistants, all tickets must be purchased directly by the individual attending the event. Should we be alerted to anyone other than yourself trying to gain access to the event on your tickets further action will be considered.

All PGA Members will be required to pay for their tickets in advance at the time of application. Your attendance at the event will be logged and the details sent to ourselves. Once your attendance has been verified the cost of the tickets will be refunded to the original payment card, following the event. If you do not attend no refund will be issued, it is therefore imperative that you only purchase a ticket if you have every intention to attend. Please note that you will not be able to make changes to the days in which you are attending the event once payment has been processed.

This year tickets can only be accessed via an app, so any Member applying for tickets must have access to a Smartphone on which they can download the app. Further details regarding this will be sent to successful applicants nearer the time of the event.

Should you find yourself unable to attend The Open you should advise us by emailing membership@pga.org.uk as soon as possible so that your ticket can be cancelled. However, please be reminded that ticket prices will not be refunded should you not attend.

The closing date to purchase tickets is Friday 7th February 2025 the application portal will be closed after this date.
