Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our professional team, you will be involved in a variety of exciting tasks, including:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to members, guests, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Managing daily retail duties in our busy pro shop, maximising sales and revenue through efficient merchandising.
• Overseeing tee time administration and bookings.
• Assisting with custom club fitting using our cutting-edge QC Quad technology.
• Supporting club competitions with administrative duties.
• Enjoying opportunities to play and participate in the broader golf community at Mapperley Golf Club.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for someone who:

• Is aiming to join the PGA Trainee Programme or pursuing an equivalent professional development path.
• Has previous retail experience with a strong focus on customer service.
• Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with members, guests, and colleagues.
• Demonstrates a genuine passion for golf and a desire to work within the industry.
• Is flexible and willing to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
