Royal St George's is a prestigious and world-renowned Golf Club, home to many tournaments including The Open, last held here in 2021.

We are searching for a highly motivated and driven individual wishing to join our dedicated Pro Shop team, who provide a World-Class Golf Professional experience to members, their guests and visitors.

This role will include: -

Customer Service:

Welcome members, their guests and visitors to the Club.
Offer advice, assistance and guidance to members and guests.
Promote the Club and its services.
Educate visiting golfers on the Club’s history
Maintain the highest standards of service and member experience.

Retail:

Provide members and guests to a first-class Pro Shop experience.
Aim to maximise sales and revenues of Pro Shop stock.
To assist the Head Assistant Professional in the purchase and management of retail stock.
To take the lead on day-to-day merchandising of the Professional’s Shop.

Golf:

Provide support and assistance to the course and golf operations teams.
Assist with the planning and running of Club fixtures and competitions.
Help deliver a first-class golf coaching service for members.
Play golf with members.

Package:

30 hours per week (annualised).
