Royal St George's is a prestigious and world-renowned Golf Club, home to many tournaments including The Open, last held here in 2021.
We are searching for a highly motivated and driven individual wishing to join our dedicated Pro Shop team, who provide a World-Class Golf Professional experience to members, their guests and visitors.
This role will include: -
Customer Service:
- Welcome members, their guests and visitors to the Club.
- Offer advice, assistance and guidance to members and guests.
- Promote the Club and its services.
- Educate visiting golfers on the Club’s history
- Maintain the highest standards of service and member experience.
Retail:
- Provide members and guests to a first-class Pro Shop experience.
- Aim to maximise sales and revenues of Pro Shop stock.
- To assist the Head Assistant Professional in the purchase and management of retail stock.
- To take the lead on day-to-day merchandising of the Professional’s Shop.
Golf:
- Provide support and assistance to the course and golf operations teams.
- Assist with the planning and running of Club fixtures and competitions.
- Help deliver a first-class golf coaching service for members.
- Play golf with members.
Package:
- 30 hours per week (annualised).
